I really just cried watching Martha Stewart’s vegan episode. I’m going to start the transition from vegetarian to vegan ASAP. Please take your time to at least inform yourself of what is truly going on in the world of animals and factory farming. We can’t only love our pets but not cows/chickens/etc merely because we don’t know them as well. Some good books to start with:...
